The long version

From the closing table to the product roadmap.

Since 2002, I’ve worked in every part of the industry: title and escrow, REO and asset management, residential real estate, and proptech.

I’ve built and led teams. I’ve sat alongside engineers and product managers as the subject matter expert, shaping the tools teams use to manage and sell thousands of properties. That work taught me how the business looks from the inside of the system, not just the front of the listing.

Today I consult with real estate professionals to help them stay visible, build their brands, and amplify their voice in their market. I help them build a business, and a life, they’re proud of.

01

Title and escrow

The nuts and bolts of a transaction and the legal side of owning and transferring property. Where I learned to work hard, and my first look at centralized workflows.

02

REO and asset management

How to comp a property (BPOs and MSRs galore), why repairs and quality vendors pay off, and how to market to and work with institutions. I managed 20 to 25 properties at a time, at every stage of the disposition cycle.

03

Residential real estate

How to market myself, then the team I built. How to pull together a tech stack that kept me visible, brought in leads, and ran the business. Over 150 homes sold from 2012 to 2019.

04

Proptech

How to work cross-functionally, lead teams, and build systems whole departments run on. How to balance renovations, corporate expectations, and the experience top agents needed in market. We found solutions, we sold homes, we had fun.

Off the clock

The life part isn’t a side note.

I lift heavy, I practice yoga, and I head outdoors whenever I can. I treat energy like a business asset, because it is one.

The way I build systems comes from the same place: fewer moving parts, more room to live. That’s what I want for the people I work with too.
